I’m excited to be teaming up with one of my favorite neighborhood spots, P’s & Q’s Market, for their new Supper Series. While they are usually closed in the evenings, they’ll be opening their doors for a special dinner featuring their seasonal menu, plus a Corned Beef Hash special in honor of St. Patrick’s Day.
Flipturn Cellars wines will be available by the flight, glass, and bottle, and I’ll be there pouring wines and helping guide guests through pairing suggestions for the menu. Bottles will also be available to purchase to take home.

2026 Lecture Series: Wine I Basics in Wine Tasting - a Crash Course
About: Tasting wine does not have to be a mystery. This crash course can give you immediate skills in order for you to explore and grow on your own. Nobody should ever have to relegate themselves to an attitude that your “palate is just not that developed.” Join us and learn strategies to help you develop these skills in a systematic procedure that can also be fun and improved over time. You will be guided by James and his friend and local Wine Maker - Meg Ruili of Flip Turn Cellars. You will enjoy many expressions of wines and get to know a methodology for keeping you in the 'wine game.' You will be given tools and tricks to guide you in either: a tasting room, restaurant or in your own home. Learn how to identify a wine as 'aged' or 'young.' Learn how to:

I’m heading into the heart of Oregon wine country for a special collaboration dinner with LOAM Kitchen, a forest-to-table restaurant led by Chef Corey Taylor. His cooking celebrates the best of Oregon’s farms, forests, and fields — and together we’re creating a cozy, seasonal four-course dinner that pairs perfectly with Flipturn wines.

Alt Wine Remixed
Join us for the spirit of Alt Wine Fest (@altwinefest) at Alt Wine Remixed!
The bloc party, in McMinnville’s art alley, will feature a bar with rotating glass pours of your favorite alt-Oregon wines, scratch-made tacos, and a vinyl rabbit hole of a DJ set.
Explore all Oregon's varieties—Mencia, Kerner, Tannat, Aligoté, Pinot Meunier, Gouais Blanc, the list goes on. (And yes, still not one Pinot Noir in sight.)
